I have been attending Bodmin Community Church since it opened 9 years ago. We are a very friendly and supportive church.
I was bought up in a Christian family and at a very young age I thought that going to church made me a Christian. But one day my sister came home and announced she had become a Christian. I was so shocked, that meant I wasn’t one. My dad explained to me what sin was and how we have all done wrong things, but God sent his son Jesus to this world to die for us, so we could know forgiveness. I understood and accepted Jesus as my Saviour.
I am now 57 years old and can truly say it was the best decision I have ever made.
